The free trial
Your first 14 days are a free trial. You add a card to begin, but nothing is charged until day 15 — and if you cancel any time inside the trial, you are never charged at all.

How to ask
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team and we will sort it out for you. Paddle's own refund policy applies to the mechanics of the refund.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You keep full access until the end of the paid month, then your folder stays readable and exportable for 30 days. Cancelling stops future payments; the money-back guarantee above covers a payment you have already made.
