Ikhaya is made and supported in South Africa by DN Brokers PTY Ltd. There is one email address and no call centre — when you write, the founder reads it.

support@ikhayacare.co.za

We reply within 24 hours of receiving your email, during working hours (08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday) — we don't reply on weekends. Anything urgent about a payment or a refund, say so at the start of the subject line and it moves to the top.

What to put in your email

You don't need to explain it perfectly — these four things are what let us answer properly the first time:

  • Which worker it is about, by first name or nickname.
  • The month or date involved, for example “March payslip”.
  • What you were trying to do, in plain words.
  • What the app showed you instead — a screenshot is perfect.

Please don't send your worker's ID number. We never need it to help you.

Before you write

These come up most often and are quicker to sort out yourself:

  • Forgotten your password? Use reset your password and a new one arrives by email within a minute.
  • A UIF question? The UIF helper in the app tells you what is missing and what to do next.
  • Want your money back? The refund policy explains the 30-day guarantee and how to claim it.

About your payment

Payments are taken by Paddle, our payment provider, so they hold the card details rather than us. You can change or cancel your subscription yourself on the billing page inside the app, or read Paddle's own refund policy. Either way, an email to us gets answered too.
