Simple per-worker maths with a hard cap. The whole folder — contract, payslips, leave, UIF and the evidence pack — for less than one undefended CCMA hearing.
Billed to the household. The worker is never charged, never asked for card details, and never needs an account. Start with 14 days free — you add a card to begin, nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel any time in the trial without paying a cent. Once billed, you have 30 days to change your mind for a full refund.
One worker costs R79 a month, two cost R158, three cost R237. It counts the people on your payroll — nothing is ever taken out of anyone's wage.
From the fourth worker onward, free. A maid, a gardener, a nanny and a driver all fit in one folder — the price never passes R237 a month.
Add a card to start the 14-day trial — nothing is charged until day 15, and you can cancel any time in the trial without paying. If you're billed and Ikhaya isn't for you, say so within 30 days and we refund you in full — no forms, no argument.
Export the contract, payslips and leave record whenever you like — while you are paying, and for 30 days after.
No notice is needed and there is no cancellation fee. Stop paying and the service simply stops: nothing new can be added from that day. The folder stays readable and exportable for 30 days after, so you can still produce what the law asks of you. Then it archives — ask and we will send you a copy.
Prices include VAT where applicable. R79 a month is about R2.60 a day — less than the cost of one CCMA hearing you cannot defend yourself at. The calculators stay free for everyone, no account needed.
